Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS is a privileged membership for all our valued customers. This membership entitles you to a comprehensive range of services including 24-hour breakdown assistance throughout Malaysia, referral services, as well as emergency assistance. Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS team will always be there for you when you are in need.

Emergency Assistance

Complimentary Towing Service

In the event of a flood, breakdown or accident our Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS team will provide towing service to assist you to the nearest appropriate authorised Mitsubishi facility by default, unless you request a different location (Mitsubishi dealerships only).

Please note:

  • Toll charges are not included.
  • All costs for spare parts are not covered.

In the event of a breakdown, our Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS team will provide minor roadside assistance, including:

  • Jump start
  • Tire change
  • Battery replacement

Please note:

  • All costs for spare parts, batteries, and petrol/diesel will be borne by the member.

Emergency Message Transimission

In the event of an emergency, Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS will inform the member’s next-of-kin at no cost, subject to authorisation by the member.

In the event of an accident, Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS will arrange an ambulance or other means of transportation to send the member to the nearest medical centre or hospital. Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS is ready to assist you 24-hours a day.

Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS guarantee you that only Mitsubishi genuine parts will be used for your Mitsubishi vehicle, which is subject to six month’s warranty or 10,000km mileage (whichever comes first).

Speedy Claim Approval

Pre-approved claims for amount below RM30,000 if repairs are made at Mitsubishi Authorised Body and Paint Centers.

Agreed Value Up To 12 Years

100% pay-out on the recommend sum insured in the event that your vehicle is stolen or severely damaged and beyond economical repair due to an accident. To avoid claims below value, please seek the advice of our Service Advisors.

No Betterment Contribution

For cars up to 12 years old, one is not required to pay for the new Mitsubishi Genuine Parts (replacement of accidentally damaged parts) if repairs are made at Mitsubishi Authorized Body & Paint Centers.

No Excess Up To 10 Years

For cars up to 10 years old, you do not need to pay for the accident repair cost of your damaged vehicle. Compulsory Excess Fee is only required in situations outlined by PIAM Motor Tariff as below:

– A person with a provisional or probationary.
– A person below 21 years of age.
– A person who is not a named driver.

Accidental Death

Pays up to the Sum Insured in the event of accidental death in the Named Vehicle.

Permanent Disablement

Pays up to Sum Insured according to Permanent Disablement Scale due to an accident in the Named Vehicle.

Medical expenses

Pays actual expenses incurred up to the limit due to an accident in the Named Vehicle.

Auto Loan Protection

Pays the outstanding balance of Hire-Purchase Loan in the event of accidental death of vehicle owner in the Named Vehicle.

Flood Allowance

Pays up to RM1,000 in the event of damage to Named Vehicle due to flood.
